If your model isn’t eligible for credit, we’ll recycle it for free. No matter the model or condition, we can turn it into something good for you and for the planet.
Terms:
Bring your NIU or Dyad to our store and we'll let you know the exact value of your model.
You must be 18 years of age or older and be the legal owner of the model that you want to trade in.
Maximum 1 bike or scooter per trade-in.
Rebate applies at the time of purchase on the price of the model in-store after taxes. Amount of rebate depends on the value of the model; not all models will get a rebate.
Instant credit applies to new Dyad or NIU branded products only, other brands are not eligible.
Your bike or scooter must be functional.
The estimated trade-in value is valid for 14 days, and we encourage you to bring the scooter or bike to us within this time to help ensure that you’ll get this value.
