You can pre-order products both online and in-store.

You can pay a deposit or pay the full amount for the product in order to reserve it before it’s available. The remaining balance (if any) can be paid with a payment method of your choice at time of pick-up or delivery.

You will receive your pre-order item as close to the release date as possible (usually 2 to 5 business days). We will contact you when the product becomes available. Please ensure that your billing and contact information are current at all times. Estimated release time may change if the shipment is delayed for any reason.

Yes. You can cancel your pre-order at any time and free of charge. We can’t modify or cancel a pre-order once it is shipped or delivered. But, we do offer easy return options once you receive the item and decide you don’t want it.

All items can be returned if they meet our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We suggest that pre-ordered products be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in-stock products can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order products into one purchase, the entire order will be shipped when the pre-order has been fulfilled.
