You can also buy items online and pick them up in store to avoid waiting on shipping and arranging a scheduled delivery—you may be able to get your order faster. Just choose the “Pick Up In-Store” option at checkout.
You’ll get an email or phone notification when your order is ready for pick up. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
How it Works
During checkout, choose “Pick Up In-Store” and select your store.
Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pick up" email (this is a separate email from your order confirmation).
Bring your ID, credit card and order number to the store and pick up your items.
We'll hold your items at the store for 3 days; if you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.
If you can’t pick up your order within 3 days and you don’t want it to be cancelled, check your order details for extended pickup options.
Be Sure To Bring:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used)
- Your order number
Who can pick up your order
Only you can pick up your items. For gifts, we suggest you buy an e-gift card.
Pre-ordered items will be available for pick up on or after their release date.
